Minimum Order

A fee of $5.00 - excluding postage and handling applies to purchases of under $20.00.

We reserve the right to change, modify, remove or substitute without notice any information shown on the site. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We would appreciate it if customers would inform us of any damage or defects in goods within 7 days of receipt. We exclude liability to you for any unforeseeable loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of our negligent performance of any services provided to you except in relation to death and personal injury. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the goods.

You acknowledge that all measurements are approximate and that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.

Returns and Exchange Policy

The Eclectic Studio does not offer a refund on purchases of jewellery, we are however happy to offer a replacement service or credit note.

We are happy to refund any other purchase listed on our website provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following details: your name, invoice number, product name/code, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund. Your will then be given a return authorisation number (R.A.N.) to be written on the outside of the returned package.

We regret that we cannot accept any returned items that incur import charges. To avoid these charges we suggest that you do not use a courier company such as DHL, Fedex or UPS, instead please use a registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable. Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used, worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you insure your return package as the Eclectic Studio cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24 hours of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number) is clearly marked on the package, less a restocking fee of 10% of the product(s) value. If exchanging the item you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the difference plus postage and handling.

Exceptions to Returnable Products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.

Faulty Products

The Eclectic Studio prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. In the rare instance that a product is faulty, The Eclectic Studio will replace it with no charge for the extra postage and handling. Please e-mail for your Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.

Packages Damaged in Transit

The Eclectic Studio takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit. In the unfortunate case that your order does get damaged please note the following:

Deliveries within Australia; The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post however we do consider any damage to goods on a case-by-case basis.

International deliveries: The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon our delivery to Australia Post. Unfortunately the longer the distance the package travels the more likely it is to be lost/damaged and therefore we recommend you consider our international insurance option.
